The first level of this home offers a private courtyard featuring a built-in grill, pool, open seating for enjoying the sun and a covered outdoor dining area. The interior of the first floor features a spacious great room with a gas fireplace, ample seating, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a large center island. The laundry area, a half-bath and one bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bath are also on this level. On the second level, guests will find the primary suite with a king-sized bed as well as two more bedrooms with one king-sized bed each and private baths. A comfortable sitting room with sectional sofa and television complete this level.
