As you climb to the second floor, you will find the laundry area, a bedroom with four bunk beds (two lower, two upper) and private bathroom as well as the primary suite with a king-sized bed. One more staircase will take you to the third level with a powder room, wet bar and spacious outdoor terrace with additional seating and dining areas overlooking Alys Beach. The final bedroom is found up an outdoor staircase from the courtyard and features one king-sized bed and private bath. Parking for this home is located in an attached garage for two vehicles.
