Guests will enjoy three bedrooms, all with private baths and a private pool and courtyard. The first level of the home includes a half-bath, large, open family room with ample seating and dining space adjacent to the kitchen. Upstairs, guests will find the primary suite and a second bedroom, both with one king-sized bed. The third bedroom with a king-sized bed is detached from the main house across the courtyard. Parking for this home is in a one-car garage and one designated space in a parking court.
