Ascending from the entry way to the great room, you enter a grand space with 16’ ceilings and 12’ doors opening to your own private courtyard with fountain. Conveniently tucked away on the second floor is a twin bedroom including trundle with its own bath. The spacious Primary suite, as well as two bunk beds, are located on the third floor. Stroll across your private courtyard to the guest suite located in the carriage house which enjoys its own loggia.
