This new addition to the Alys Beach vacation rental program is located in the Caliza Court building directly across from the Caliza Pool Complex and a very short walk to the emerging Town Center. The first floor of the main part of the home offers a great room with a living room and dining area just off of the kitchen as well as a half-bath. As you ascend the stairs, you will reach first find the second bedroom with a private bath and offering a twin bed and a set of bunk beds with an additional trundle bed. Continuing up the stairs, you will reach the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Leading outside from the great room, guests will find a private courtyard with a plunge pool and a propane grill for your convenience. The third bedroom is detached from the main house and offers a covered patio with an outdoor sitting area as well as a king-sized bed and private bath. Parking for this home is located in a one-vehicle garage as well as a designated parking space behind the home.
