This unique home is truly built to enjoy all aspects of the outdoors. Most bedrooms open to outdoor hallways to provide ease of entry and privacy. Five bedrooms, all with private bath, are spread over multiple levels of the home. The first level offers a two-car garage, spacious courtyard with large reflecting fountain and two bedrooms, one with king-sized bed and one with four built-in bunk beds. Both bedrooms have exterior entrances to the courtyard as well as an interior connection. Progressing up an exterior staircase, guests will find the second level offering three bedrooms, including the primary suite, all with king-sized beds. As below, two of these bedrooms offer exterior entrances. An interior hallway connects two bedrooms and offers a laundry room. Interior and exterior staircases lead to the third level which features a spacious family room with large, open kitchen. An exterior staircase leads to a roof-top patio and private pool with ample seating and incredible views of Alys Beach. Parking for this home is located in a two-car garage.
