The first floor also offers an open concept dining and living room area adjacent to the kitchen. On the second floor you will find two additional bedrooms each with one king-sized bed and en suite bathrooms. There is an additional washer and dryer on this level as well. This home also features a private courtyard with open seating as well as a covered veranda with additional seating and an outdoor TV. The fourth bedroom with one king-sized bed resides in the carriage house above the 2-car garage.
