This welcome addition to the rental program sits in a great location with direct access in front of the home to the turtles of the Turtle Bale pedestrian path leading to a short walk to the Gulf. The first-floor courtyard offers seating and one of the nicest, private exterior showers at Alys Beach. Entering the home on the first floor, you will find the primary bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and a large walk-in closet. In addition, there are two queen-sized bedrooms that both offer ensuite bathrooms. A small single bed is located in an alcove off of the main hallway. On the second floor guests will enjoy the dining area along with the kitchen and living room. Just off of the living room you will find a covered sitting area with fireplace and TV, along with a lovely view of the Turtle Bale pedestrian path. There is an additional screened sitting area with a built-in gas grill just off of the kitchen. The fourth bedroom is found at the end of the hallway that features a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom. Finally, on the second floor, there is a plunge pool to enjoy. This home has two dedicated parking spaces located in a parking court behind the home.
