This beautiful vacation rental home occupies a prime location on the North Turtle Bale pedestrian path and equidistant from the Caliza pool complex and the new Silva pool complex (opening March 2026). The home offers three bedrooms, all with private baths. On the first level, guests will find a spacious living room, dining area and kitchen with large center island. A butler’s pantry off of the kitchen offers additional storage and a work space with desk. The first floor also features the laundry room as well as the primary bedroom with one king-sized bed, a spacious closet and bathroom offering both a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The courtyard has a plunge pool, outdoor seating and a built-in grill. On the second floor, you will find a spacious, covered terrace with ample seating overlooking the pedestrian path below. A sink, ice machine, mini fridge and television complete this area. Two additional king bedrooms with private baths complete this level. Parking is available in a two-car garage.
