35 South Charles Street
This beautiful new Alys Beach home is located South of 30A, convenient to the Gulf Green beach access as well as the emerging Town Center of Alys Beach. The first floor offers a spacious courtyard with a heated pool, outdoor seating and dining spaces as well as a built-in grill. Inside, guests will find a spacious living room with ample seating that adjoins a great room with vaulted ceiling that combines the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen features a large center island as well as separate, full-sized refrigerator and freezer as well as an ice maker and wine cooler. A half-bath is located off the living room. The primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and the laundry area complete this floor. Upstairs, on the 2nd floor are three more bedrooms, all with private baths. Bedding in these bedrooms include a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed and two sets of bunk beds. Finally, this home offers a roof-top terrace on the third floor with seating, an outdoor fireplace and views that extend down South Charles Street to the Gulf.
