Guests will find one more bedroom with a king-sized bed on this level. The home also offers plenty of outdoor space. A private courtyard at the back of the home offers seating next to a fountain and access to a built-in grill. A wetbar with a separate icemaker and two refrigerated drawers supports the grill area for entertaining. The main courtyard with a private pool offers additional covered outdoor seating. Climbing to the second level, guests will find a pleasant sitting area overlooking the main living room. A bedroom with one king-sized bed, the laundry room, as well as the primary suite are found on this level. An expansive balcony runs most of the length of the home to a comfortable outdoor terrace with plenty of outdoor seating. Parking for this home is located in two designated spaces in a parking court behind the home.
