Vacation rental guests will enjoy this beautiful and newly constructed 3-bedroom home located directly next to the Caliza pool complex. The first level features a large and private courtyard with ample seating, built-in grill and an amazing outdoor fire pit. Also on this level guests will find the laundry room, kitchen with a large center island and butler’s pantry as well as a spacious family room with a glass-enclosed fireplace and dining area with plenty of natural light. The spacious primary suite with private outdoor shower is also located on the first level. Moving to the second floor, guests will find two bedrooms, each with one queen-sized bed and private bath. A separate bunk room with one upper and one lower bed completes the second level. Parking for this home is located in a two-car attached garage.
