The first level offers a comfortable kitchen with large center island and dining room area. Just outside is a private courtyard with a sitting area and a fountain. Completing this level is a spacious living room area, powder room and another outdoor covered patio facing Arboleta Park with a built-in gas grill. On the second level, you will find a sitting area to relax and watch TV as well as the laundry room. Completing the second level is the primary suite with one king-sized bed and a sitting area facing the park. The second bedroom offers one queen-sized bed and a private bath. Finally, the third bedroom offer one king-sized bed and direct access to the third full bath which is shared with the bunk room with one set of twin bunk beds. Parking for this home is in a two-car garage.
