This Alys Beach Vacation Home is a short walk to all Alys Beach Amenities including our emerging Town Center. Guests will find a private courtyard with pool that offers open and covered seating as well as outdoor dining. The family room with beautiful natural wood accents offers ample seating and a wet bar with small refrigerator. The kitchen features a large center island with bar-style seating. Guest will find the primary suite with king-sized bed on the first level with an additional entrance to the courtyard. On the second level, guests will find a small tv lounge with additional seating, and two bedrooms, each with private baths. One of these bedrooms has one king bed and the other has two queen-sized beds. Finally, a roof-top terrace with grill completes this level. The fourth bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bath is detached from the main house and accessible by a stairway from the courtyard. Parking for this home is located in two designated spaces in a parking court.
