The interior of the first floor features a spacious great room with a gas fireplace, ample seating, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a large center island. The laundry area, a half-bath and one bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bath are also on this level. On the second level, guests will find the primary suite with a king-sized bed as well as two more bedrooms with one king-sized bed each and private baths. A comfortable sitting room with sectional sofa and television complete this level. On the third floor, a desk area, wet bar, additional half-bath and open roof-top deck offer relaxation with a view overlooking Alys Beach. Parking for this home is located in two designated spaces in a parking court behind the home.
