The second floor offers a half-bath as well as a spacious great room and open kitchen with a large center island. Both rooms, as well as a balcony off of the great room, provide direct water views. The third floor offers the primary bedroom with a private balcony facing the Gulf and attached primary bathroom with a large sunken tub/shower. Finally, another bedroom on this level offers a king-sized bed, private bathroom and a balcony with water views. Parking for this home is located in a two-car garage.
