This beautiful, new home on the North Turtle Bale Pedestrian path is perfectly positioned between the Caliza pool complex and the new Silva pool complex opening Spring 2026. This vacation rental offers a first-floor primary bedroom with a spacious bath featuring a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The remainder of the first floor includes a large great room with plenty of counter space in the kitchen, a dining area, and living room. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath. Two additional bedrooms, each with one king-sized bed also feature private baths. The spacious courtyard has both covered and uncovered space. The covered space offers lounging with a TV, while the uncovered space has plenty of room to lay out and relax in the sun (Additional furniture to be added by July 2025*). There is a grill just off of the large pool that includes a section with jets. This home offers 2 single-car garages for parking.
