The Gulf of Mexico is just a short walk down the Sea Garden pedestrian path. On the first level, guests will find a spacious courtyard with private pool, the primary suite with a king-sized bed and a spacious great room with ample seating, dining area and kitchen with a large center island. The second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private bath is found on the second floor. The third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private bath may be accessed from the second-floor covered balcony as well as a patio overlooking the pedestrian path. Parking for this home is in two designated spaces in a parking court.
