The kitchen and dining room may be accessed via an open courtyard with seating and built-in grill or by enclosed hallway. From the kitchen, the private pool as well as the primary suite with a king-sized bed may be accessed by another hallway. On this level, guests will also find the laundry area and a half bath. A staircase leads to two additional separate bedrooms, each with one queen-sized bed and private baths. One of these bedrooms offers a sitting area and the other bedroom offers a set of bunk beds. Finally, an open deck on the second level offers ample seating and an opportunity to enjoy the sun. Parking for this home is located in two designated spaces in a parking court.
