The first level offers a large courtyard with private pool and covered seating area. Inside, guests will find a bedroom on the first floor with king-sized bed as well as a spacious family room with ample seating, open kitchen with large center island, wet-bar area, laundry room and a half bath. On the second floor, a large media room with plenty of seating opens to a second floor covered patio with outdoor dining table. Also on the second floor, guests will find the primary suite with king-sized bed, a third bedroom with a king-sized bed and a fourth bedroom with two queen-sized beds. Parking for this home is located in two designated spaces in a parking court.
