This brand new condominium at Alys Beach is located in the recently-completed Della building. This second floor home features a large balcony overlooking Town Center and the Amphitheatre with a partial Gulf view in the distance. This vacation rental also offers a spacious family room, dining area and kitchen with a large center island. Both the primary bedroom and the second bedroom feature one king-sized bed and ensuite baths. A powder room is also located off of the family room. The bunk area sleeps four with two upper and two lower single bunks. Finally, both bedrooms and the bunk area offer access to another private balcony overlooking the rear of the building. Parking for Della 205 is located in a parking court behind the building with one reserved space.
