This lovely vacation rental is located in the newest condominium building at Alys Beach, The Whitby. Guests will love the open floorplan with plenty of natural light. Located on the 2nd Floor, this condo offers views overlooking the Amphitheatre and North toward Caliza. Guests will find a spacious, open family room, kitchen and dining area and a large balcony overlooking the emerging Town Center. The primary suite features a king-sized bed with private bath. The second bedroom with a queen-sized bed also contains a private bath. Finally, the third bedroom with two twin-sized beds uses a bathroom just next to the bedroom which can also act as a private bath using a sliding door in the hallway. Parking for this vacation rental is one designated space in a parking court behind the building.
