This beautiful 3-bedroom vacation rental is inside the newest building at Alys Beach and is the perfect location to enjoy all town amenities. Located on the third floor of the Whitby building, this condo offers three bedrooms and three full baths. The open-concept great room offers plenty of natural light and combines a galley-style kitchen with center island, the dining area seating six and the family room offering ample seating. A spacious balcony overlooks the Town Center and the Amphitheatre. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed and private bath. The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed. Parking for this condo consist of one designated space in a parking court behind The Whitby.
